Things to note
On-site Requirements:
Shaded area (tent) if event is outdoors (it’s important to protect the oysters from direct sunlight)
We do not require site inspections. If required, a fee will be applied to the final invoice.
Travel:
Arrival approximately 1-1.5 hours before service begins to allow time for set up. Service typically lasts 2-3 hours depending on the event. (Additional hours thereafter are charged at $50 per hour)

Dress Code:
Informal or Formal at your discretion.
Invoicing:
Sales tax billed by event location
A credit card or check deposit of 20% of the total pre-event invoice is required to secure your event reservation.
Cancellations allowed up to 14 days before the event for full refund. 7-14 days will incur a $200 fee. 0-6 days notice will forfeit deposit
A gratuity charge of 18% will be included (anything additional is greatly appreciated!)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
